I'm Brian (Hi, nice to meet you), and I'm the guy who set it all up and runs it. I get excited by change, I love to see people do things that surprise them and I am lucky enough to see people surprise themselves nearly every day.

I've got a funny belief that anything can be changed. Anything! From your fear of spiders, to the fact you fall to bits everytime you need to speak in public, to the horrible things in your past you'd rather forget about, to turning around teams and businesses. All of it can be changed and it can be changed quickly. I believe in interventions that take hours not months or years.
