My name is Brian Costello.  It's important for me to tell you before we start that I don’t have magic powers. I do however believe you are capable of achieving more than you currently are and I can help you get to where you want to be. I’m just a normal guy, I sometimes forget where I left my keys and I eat crisps. 

Now that we’ve established that and you know me a bit better(!), let me tell you why I think you will find working with me such a positive experience.

I passionately believe that everyone, given the right tools, can choose to do amazing things with their life and I’m totally committed to do everything in my power to inspire you to make that choice, take that decision and live the life you want to.

I am honest, because I believe honesty unshackles people from their past.  I will tell it like it is and press you to do the same so that you can experience the freedom from the masks and cover stories.  Honesty is one of my highest values.

I believe that you, and I don’t even know you yet, have all the potential to live all your dreams.  I also believe that your life will be incredible once you begin to indulge yourself in the things you are passionate about.  I believe that, perfect as you are, you can be even more than you are today.  All you need is the inspiration to take it to the next level.

I have worked in many different environments from McDonalds (yes, I wore the cap and a very cool clip-on tie) to Bonkers Showbar (a legendary Glasgow Nitespot!) to being a Project Manager with one of the world’s biggest financial institutions.  Whatever I’ve done it has always been with a firm commitment to people and it is in that commitment that I installed my belief in the infinite potential of people who are ready to change the things they need to change.

I am a Master Practitioner of NLP and, as of August 2009, will be a ITA certified Trainer of NLP. I have studied with famous teachers such as Anthony Robbins and many not so famous ones that you may not have heard of yet all of them have added to my knowledge and expertise.

My commitment to people and all the things I've learned about human behaviour are now brightly channelled through my coaching, everything else I do (see www.headstrongnlp.com for all the details) and everyone I am associated with through coaching and HeadStrong.  I want to be an honest, 100% committed, people orientated, coach that assists everyone who comes into contact with me to transform into something more than they were before.
