Feeling Out Of Control?
Where are you least in control?
Food? Drink? Drugs? Love? Life?
We're all searching for our own level of control over our lives, aren't we? And when we begin to lose our grip on that control over any area of our lives it can be really frightening. And isn't it the case that you find the more you try and wrestle back control over your mind and your behaviour the worse it seems to get?!
