This is Huna. This is modern day people experiencing the most ancient of magic.

Huna is a collection of teachings which originated in Hawaii a very long time ago. I could put a more accurate timescale on it however no one can ever agree on exactly how ancient the teachings are and it’s easier just to know that it was long ago. Some say it was hundreds of years ago, some say thousands of years ago. Some even go so far to say tens of thousands of years ago. And do you know what, how old the teachings are doesn’t matter because all that’s important now is that whoever came up with them knew many, many wondrous things about us, the world in which we live and the reality which we believe.

Everyone at some stage has felt the incredible energy that some people carry with them. There are some people that walk into a room and truly light up every corner with a warmth and vibrancy that touches everyone deep inside. There are others that walk into a room and steal the very soul from a room, sapping and drawing on everyone else’s energy to feed their own insatiable appetite.

If you’ve ever felt that, and I’m sure you have felt it at least once, then you’ve physically felt that there is something more than the reality that you construct from what you see with your own eyes. No-one brings a carrier bag of vibrant energy into a room with them. So, it’s obvious, something else is happening. Something unseen.

It’s this unseen element that the magic of Huna works with. From the invisible aka (shadow or essence) cords that connect each and every living thing to the structure of our physical and mental beings. Huna is real magic and yet Huna is also magically real.

Huna is a collection of teachings, interventions, systems and models of reality that were handed down over generations from Kahuna to Kahuna and now, following the work of a man called Max Freedom Long, are used all over the world due to their incredible power and consistent ability to gain truly amazing results.

The power of what you will experience when you feel Huna happen is hinted at in the title of Max Freedom Long’s most famous book on Huna The Secret Science Behind Miracles.

The Hawaiian healing methods were so effective that they were made illegal in 1893 as the missionaries, and their western belief systems, could not establish how the Kahuna were able to perform such apparently miraculous acts.

So what’s it about?

Huna is about building the connections between your conscious mind and your unconscious mind in a similar way to the other things I practise such as NLP & Hypnosis. Huna adds another level on to this by using the esoteric magic of the energy known as Aumakua, which roughly translated means parental spirit or, as I often call it, the Higher Self.

Think about it, every religion that has ever existed has spoken or continues to speak of guardian spirits of some type. Freud even allows modern mainstream psychology to hint at its existence with the fatherly Super-ego.

Think about every 'coincidence' that has happened to you that has led to something bigger. Think of every time exactly what you wanted to happen has happened. Think of all the times that exactly what you wanted to happen hasn’t happened…and then hasn’t happened again and again until you finally realise the vital component you've been missing all this time and click…it all falls into place.

By using the magic of your mind by using visualisation to easily enter relaxing, and at times wondrous trance states you will request the assistance of the one magic that exists only for you.
